Cell Assemblies
  - Cell Assemblies (CAs) are groups of neurons with high mutual
      connection strength.

  - They can be learned via Hebbian learning.

  - They are the neural basis of concepts.

  - When a concept is presented to the system, the neurons in
its CA fire at an elevated rate.

  - This firing represents a short term memory.

  - The CA thus forms a bridge between neurons and concepts, biology and
      psychology.

  - The CA is the neural basis of a concept.
