Outline of the Module

• The outline of the module is here.
• The module is pretty mature.
• These slides are on the web server sitting in my office. I'm avoiding Oasis if possible. If you want to use it, shout.
• The lecture slides may change slightly the day before the lecture (I always try to have a go through) but shouldn't change massively.
• I've left four lecture slots open. Please tell me if you'd like to cover a particular topic in one of those sessions. For instance, if you're interested in Genetic Algorithms, say so, and I'll do a session.
• If I haven't got a topic within four weeks of those dates, I'll come up with one.
• I've got uncommitted labs too, three evaluated, one not. I'm thinking of having you do spacewars from scratch as a group. What do you think?
• Open lectures and labs aside, the outline should be stable from the first lecture (though I'll fill in the opens as we go).
