Developing AI with Simulated Neurons

York 2012

by Chris Huyck

I wrote a paper in 2003 that said the best way to get to full fledged, Turing test passing, general AI was to follow the human model.

That means we need to understand psychology, neural processing, neural learning, and a whole lot of other things.

That's a daunting task, but we're making progress.

It's obviously a team effort, and I'm sure I don't know most of the team, and many of them might not yet be born.
