CAs in Collaboration
- In addition to connections within a CA, there are
connections between CAs. (Additionally, neurons can be
part of multiple CAs adding more communication.)
- CAs can thus be linked.
- This allows more complex structures such as semantic
nets and Associative Memory
- Other structures such as Cognitive Maps, Sequences and
even rules are viable.
- There is existing simulation work on Sequences and Associative
Memory. It's really of the toy variety.
- The meaning from a CA comes from its grounding in the
environment, and its connections to other CAs.
