Experiment 1 is from our 1999 Tech Report pg.10. A 30x30 net is generated with low connectivity, medium strength, and medium activation threshold, and it ignites and persists when presented with a stimulus. This uses ParametersExp1.dat
Note that only 100 neurons are externally activated, and these for only 20 cycles. In the first few cycles, virtually all of the neurons fire, followed by a period where smaller numbers around 400 of the 900. This number remains active even after the 20 cycles of external activation. The pattern then resets after 50 cycles.
