Books

The two required books for this class are

• Key Issues in the New Knowledge Management(2003). Joseph Firestone and Mark McElroy. Elsevier.
• The Mind Map Book (2000). Tony Buzan and Barry Buzan. BBC Worldwide

I will assign a few readings from them during the semester. The Mind Map Book is a pretty easy read so you can probably read that on the train. The Key Issues book is a bit more specific to the area; I will try to link it to the individual experts' work.

I am currently building a broader reading list . I will try to develop it as we go. Please feel free to give me good references that you have or find. This can include URLs of interesting web sites.
